I was looking for a PHP-based frontend for Ansible and I found phpMyAnsibleAdmin.
Basically, what I want to do is call Ansible playbooks from the frontend without having to SSH into the terminal. I did come across Ansible Semaphore, but it does not look like I have full control over how I install the PHP files in the /var/www/ansible-frontend folder and configure my web server to point to that directory for the web frontend. I am well-versed when it comes to securing web applications.
And I do not know how lightweight the Ansible Semaphore is. That’s why I want to know if phpMyAnsibleAdmin is a good choice for managing and executing playbooks. So, any thoughts regarding the phpMyAnsibleAdmin?
