I built a Mastodon server following Jay’s step by step tutorial here:

As the admin of this server I am getting notifications that there are new releases with security upgrades.
I looked up how to update my Mastodon server from the official docs but they don’t quite seem to mesh with how the server was built.
Can someone share the basic steps for upgrading Mastodon to the latest stable release using Jay’s tutorial build as a reference?
