Internal Bluetooth not being recognized in PopOS

Today, I took my inspiron laptop for some gaming and found out the internal bluetooth was not present. I did some research in the system and the dmesg result was this. Has anyone found this same issue? Funny thing is bluetooth was working fine. I followed the directions given in PopOS troubleshooting site to solve the issue but no luck there:

[ 25.805608] Bluetooth: Core ver 2.22
[ 25.805632] Bluetooth: HCI device and connection manager initialized
[ 25.805635] Bluetooth: HCI socket layer initialized
[ 25.805637] Bluetooth: L2CAP socket layer initialized
[ 25.805640] Bluetooth: SCO socket layer initialized
[ 27.724675] Bluetooth: Patch file not found ar3k/AthrBT_0x31010000.dfu
[ 27.724680] Bluetooth: Loading patch file failed

Do you know the model of Bluetooth card you have?

Hi Jay, sorry for the late response. I did a lsusb and lspci -knn | grep Net -A2 in the terminal and got this:
Bus 001 Device 003: ID 0a5c:21e8 Broadcom Corp. BCM20702A0 Bluetooth 4.0
01:00.0 Network controller [0280]: Qualcomm Atheros QCA9565 / AR9565 Wireless Network Adapter [168c:0036] (rev 01)
Subsystem: Dell Vostro 3470 [1028:020e]
Kernel driver in use: ath9k

I was told by community help at PopOS forums that this would be solved in the next OS release. By now, I did a workaround with a usb BT dongle.

well ,after PopOs upgrade to 22.04 I was expecting the BT issue to be solved, but it did not. Is anyone still getting the internal BT not found issue?

Well folks, seems that somewhere between my last posting and these recent weeks, System76 got the fix, and now my internal bluetooth is working again.

Thanks to you all.
