I recently retired after almost 20 year at a small enterprise-level software development company. At various times, I worked in just about every department but spent my final years there working with our software as a service platform, databases and customer funded development.

My first experience with Linux was with Suse in about the year 2000, but I’ve only used Linux as a hobbyist.
