# Please read before seeking assistance

In this community, we love to help! But to put us in the best position to help you out, we need you to include as much detail as you can.

Here are some examples of details we would like to see in your topic in order to best assist you:

- Output of the lspci command (if your inquiry is related to any form of hardware)
- Output of related log files (syslog, etc)
- What you’ve already tried thus far
