I think these topics would be quite useful videos for the server category:
- Clonezilla (or equivalent such as gnome-disk-utility)
- rsync\grsync
- Filezilla
- Putty
I have yet to find a good, comprehensive resource on the proper way to make scheduled\automated backups and disk images for Linux.

I’m not sure if it’s what you’re looking for, but I do have several Clonezilla videos on the channel (Rescuezilla as well). Automated disk images isn’t something that works well in practice (IMHO) but using Packer, you can automate that, if that’s what you mean. I may do more videos on that too.
